Last week, on August 2nd, we marked the 10-year anniversary under the dynamic ownership of Ken Parker and Ron Pack. What began as the purchase of a single franchise has blossomed into a remarkable journey of growth and success. With fearless leadership and steady commitment, we've expanded to 13 franchises and welcomed three more managing partners across Ohio.

Over the past decade, our dedicated team of 200 professionals has tackled nearly 20,000 jobs! While Ohio is our home base, our commitment to helping communities extends far beyond state lines. We've brought our expertise and support to 13 states, including Texas, Vermont, North Carolina, Florida, and Oklahoma, offering our services wherever they are needed most.

Among the 2,250 franchises across North America, our SERVPRO ® team has consistently ranked in the top 100 for nine consecutive years and achieved a coveted spot in the top 10 for three years. This recognition is a tribute to our hard work, dedication, and exceptional service.
