Leaky Toilet

This is one of the more common water damages that we see at SERVPRO. The toilet's wax ring seal had failed causing the water to leak out onto the floor. We removed the vinyl flooring, properly dried the sub floor and treated it with an antimicrobial to eliminate any mold damage. After the area was completely dried and cleaned, new flooring was installed, as well as new baseboards, then finished with new paint on the wall.
